Nichole holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Chestnut Hill College and brings several years of experience in substance use and behavioral health. As an Intake Coordinator and Case Manager at Reprieve Recovery, she plays a vital role in welcoming clients and guiding them through the initial assessment process with compassion and professionalism. Nichole ensures clients feel comfortable and supported as they begin their treatment journey, while coordinating care plans tailored to each individual’s needs. With expertise in treatment planning, care coordination, and connecting clients to essential community resources, she serves as a trusted advocate throughout the recovery process. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work at Temple University, Nichole continues to expand her clinical knowledge and strengthen her ability to support clients holistically. Her dedication to advocacy, empowerment, and client-centered care drives her commitment to helping individuals build lasting stability and wellness. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and reading.
